Kim McGrath began visiting southwest Florida when she was a young child and relocated permanently to make it her full time home in 2012.

Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Kim was with Sunreal Estate in Sarasota FL. In addition to assisting clients, she spent several years locating and viewing pre-foreclosed homes from Lee to Manatee counties. Kim also managed vacation rental properties ranging from multimillion dollar homes on Anna Maria Island to cozy vintage beachfront cottages on Little Gasparilla Island, so she knows the local areas and waterways very well. Prior to moving to Florida Kim was a licensed Realtor with Madden Real Estate in Fairbanks AK and volunteered for a full year creating an adult financial literacy education program which successfully helped to create qualified home buyers.

Kim is originally from St Louis, MO, but has lived in several US states as well as several Florida cities including Clearwater, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Englewood and North Port.
